Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- hold a high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in event security, law enforcement, or related field is advantageous
- possess strong physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- exhibit excellent observational and problem-solving skills
- demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse backgrounds
- maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- possess a valid security license or be willing to obtain one if required
- successfully pass background check and drug screening

Job Duties
- Maintain a visible and professional presence to the standards of the client and BEST
- patrol assigned areas to deter unauthorized activities and ensure safety
- monitor access points, conduct bag checks and entry screenings
- respond promptly and effectively to security incidents or emergencies
- collaborate with event staff, law enforcement, and emergency services to coordinate efforts
- provide exceptional customer service by assisting attendees and answering questions
- report security occurrences or incidents to supervisors and authorities
- document relevant activity and submit reports to leadership
- uphold company policies, procedures, and guidelines
