Job Duties
- Patrol assigned event areas on foot throughout the duration of the event
- Monitor entrances, exits, and designated access points
- Verify identification and credentials when required by venue procedures
- Assist with admission screening and entry operations
- Monitor stage areas, backstage access points, and performer entry locations
- Observe crowd activity and report safety concerns, disturbances, or suspicious behavior
- Help maintain orderly movement of guests in high-traffic areas
- Provide directions and assistance to attendees, vendors, and event personnel
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, event staff, and fellow officers
- Complete incident reports and activity documentation as required
- Follow all client instructions, site procedures, and company policies
