The role of an Event Security Officer at BEST Crowd Management is pivotal in maintaining the safety and security of event attendees, staff, and property. This position requires individuals who are vigilant, professional, and dedicated to upholding the highest standards of event security. As an Event Security Officer, you will be responsible for patrolling assigned areas to deter unauthorized activities and ensuring all security protocols are followed diligently. Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- hold a high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in event security or related field is advantageous
- possess strong physical fitness
- excellent observational and problem-solving skills
- demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- work effectively in a team
- maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- possess a valid security license or be willing to obtain one if required
- successfully pass a background check and drug screening

Job Duties
- Maintain a visible and professional presence to the standards of the client and BEST Crowd Management
- patrol assigned areas to deter unauthorized activities
- monitor access points and conduct bag checks
- respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies
- collaborate with event staff, law enforcement, and emergency services
- provide customer service by assisting attendees and answering questions
- report security-related incidents to supervisors and law enforcement
- document relevant activity and submit reports
- uphold company policies and security guidelines
