Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have previous experience in event security, law enforcement or related field advantageous
- Possess strong physical fitness and endurance
- Exhibit excellent observational and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Work well within a team and with diverse populations
- Maintain flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Possess or be willing to obtain a valid security license if required
- Pass background check and drug screening
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in event security, law enforcement, or related fields preferred
- Strong physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for long periods
- Excellent observational and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in diverse team environments
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid security license or willingness to obtain if required
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening
Job Duties
- Maintain a visible and professional presence to client and company standards
- Patrol assigned areas to deter unauthorized activities and ensure safety
- Monitor access points, conduct bag checks, perform entry screenings
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies including medical issues and disturbances
- Collaborate with event staff, law enforcement, and emergency services to coordinate security efforts
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting attendees and answering questions
- Report security incidents to supervisors and maintain accurate documentation
- Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure professional security service
