With a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $22.00, plus the opportunity to earn stock options through the ESOP, the position offers attractive financial benefits.

Event Security Guards at CSC are responsible for a variety of duties, including access control, security screening, asset protection, and venue security. In addition, they support front and back of house credential areas, manage stage barricades, provide VIP escorts, and work within roving response teams to ensure rapid assistance when needed. The role demands a high level of professionalism and the ability to handle challenging situations, such as dealing with disorderly or impaired guests. CSC supports its guards with thorough orientation and training programs to prepare them for the dynamic nature of the job.

Because CSC adheres strictly to State of Nevada regulations, all Event Security Guards must possess or be willing to obtain a valid Private Investigator License Board (PILB) Work Card.
