Job Requirements
- Possess or be willing to obtain a valid Nevada PILB Work Card
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to walk up and down stairs
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and late-night shifts
- Physical stamina to handle demanding events
- Capability to deal with disorderly or impaired guests
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in security or crowd management preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid or ability to obtain Nevada PILB Work Card
Job Duties
- Perform access control at event venues
- Conduct security screening of guests and vendors
- Protect assets and manage venue security
- Monitor front and back of house credential areas
- Manage stage barricade and provide VIP escorts
- Participate in roving response teams
- Respond professionally to disorderly or impaired guests
