Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have prior experience in event security or related field preferred
- Maintain strong physical fitness
- Exhibit excellent observation and problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment with diverse individuals
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Possess or be willing to acquire a valid security license
- Pass a thorough background check and drug screening
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in event security, law enforcement, or related field preferred
- Strong physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Excellent observational and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and with diverse groups
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid security license or willingness to obtain one if required
- Successful background check and drug screening
Job Duties
- Maintain a visible and professional presence to meet client and company standards
- Patrol assigned areas to deter unauthorized activities and ensure safety
- Monitor access points and conduct bag checks and entry screenings
- Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents and emergencies
- Collaborate with event staff, law enforcement, and emergency services
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting attendees and answering questions
- Report and document security-related occurrences and activities
