Job Requirements

  • be at least 18 years old
  • hold a high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in event security, law enforcement, or related fields is advantageous
  • possess strong physical fitness
  • exhibit excellent observational and problem-solving skills
  • demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • work effectively in diverse teams
  • maintain flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • possess or be willing to obtain a valid security license if required
  • successfully pass background check and drug screening

Job Qualifications

  • hold a high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in event security or related fields preferred
  • possess excellent observational and problem-solving skills
  • demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to work effectively in a team
  • maintain physical fitness to stand or walk for long periods
  • valid security license or willingness to obtain if required

Job Duties

  • maintain a visible and professional presence according to client and company standards
  • patrol assigned areas to deter unauthorized activities and ensure safety
  • monitor access points, conduct bag checks, and perform entry screenings
  • respond promptly and effectively to security incidents or emergencies
  • collaborate with event staff, law enforcement, and emergency services to coordinate security efforts
  • provide exceptional customer service by assisting attendees and answering questions
  • report any security-related incidents to supervisors or authorities
