Job Requirements
- be at least 18 years old
- hold a high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in event security, law enforcement, or related fields is advantageous
- possess strong physical fitness
- exhibit excellent observational and problem-solving skills
- demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- work effectively in diverse teams
- maintain flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- possess or be willing to obtain a valid security license if required
- successfully pass background check and drug screening
Job Qualifications
- hold a high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in event security or related fields preferred
- possess excellent observational and problem-solving skills
- demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to work effectively in a team
- maintain physical fitness to stand or walk for long periods
- valid security license or willingness to obtain if required
Job Duties
- maintain a visible and professional presence according to client and company standards
- patrol assigned areas to deter unauthorized activities and ensure safety
- monitor access points, conduct bag checks, and perform entry screenings
- respond promptly and effectively to security incidents or emergencies
- collaborate with event staff, law enforcement, and emergency services to coordinate security efforts
- provide exceptional customer service by assisting attendees and answering questions
- report any security-related incidents to supervisors or authorities
