Located in Kansas City, MO, BEST Crowd Management is currently seeking motivated individuals for the role of Event Security at an international soccer practice facility. This is a part-time position offering competitive pay at $25 per hour. The role is vital in supporting one of the world’s biggest soccer events, providing safety, security, and exceptional service to athletes, staff, and guests. Employees in this position can expect a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same, requiring quick thinking, professionalism, and a proactive approach to managing security and event operations.

The Event Security role is a blend of various responsibilities that include event operations, customer service, and security duties. As a key member of the security team, you will support daily event and facility operations, including setup and site preparation, monitor entrances performing security screenings and access control, and maintain a visible and professional presence throughout the venue. Assisting guests, staff, and visitors with information and directions is also a critical part of this position, ensuring a positive experience for all attendees.

Additionally, managing crowd flow to maintain organized entry and exit, responding promptly and appropriately to any incidents or emergencies, and enforcing venue policies and event regulations are crucial functions. The role demands strong communication skills, a calm demeanor under pressure, and the ability to work collaboratively with event staff, security teams, and leadership.
