Job Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
- 2+ years experience in a high-volume food service
- At least 1-year experience/exposure to menu research and development
- Inflight catering experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Working knowledge of HACCP and FDA compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
- Good communication and team collaboration skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED with 2+ years experience in a high-volume food service
- At least 1-year experience/exposure to menu research and development
- Inflight catering experience is required
- Previous experience in food preparation or catering is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for food presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus
- Working knowledge of HACCP and FDA compliance

Job Duties
- Assist in the preparation of meals and snacks according to specified recipes and presentation standards
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal production
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to the kitchen supervisor
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance knowledge and skills
- Ensure all food safety audits are completed timely per dnata's standards
- Assist in the packaging and assembly of meals for delivery to aircraft
- Ensure proper staff allocation to maximize efficiency in all departments
- Support the team during peak service periods, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude
