The company is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual for a part-time position in their Fife office. This role involves managing multiple responsibilities that require excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills, especially across several fast-changing projects. The successful candidate will work closely with a tight-knit office team responsible for coordinating and scheduling employees for various events throughout the Northwest market area. This position necessitates flexibility, as work hours are from 10 am to 3 pm Monday through Friday, with possible shifts during nights, weekends, and holidays to accommodate event schedules. The role is crucial for maintaining smooth operations by efficiently handling scheduling, client and employee communications, and supporting operations management with additional administrative tasks. This office-based job demands professionalism and a courteous demeanor both over the phone and in person, alongside competency in basic computer applications such as email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs.
Candidates with previous experience in the entertainment industry, administrative assistance, call center environments, or Salesforce are preferred but not mandatory. Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Schedule and coordinate employees for multiple events and shifts in the NW market
- answer and direct incoming calls from employees and clients including general inquiries
- interact with employees and clients regarding schedule changes
- perform data entry including employee timesheets, receipts, and employee/client information
- participate in on-call rotation to assist clients and employees after hours as needed
- assist Operations Management team with additional tasks as directed
- maintain a professional appearance and phone etiquette as outlined in company handbook
