Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in scheduling and coordinating employees preferred
- basic proficiency in computer applications
- excellent organizational skills
- strong communication skills
- ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- professional appearance and demeanor
- ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in administrative assistance, call center, or entertainment industry preferred
- basic computer skills including emails, Word, Excel, Google Docs
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and in a team environment
- polite and professional phone etiquette
- ability to handle schedule coordination efficiently
- previous Salesforce experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Schedule and coordinate employees for multiple events and shifts in the NW market
- answer and direct incoming calls from employees and clients including general inquiries
- interact with employees and clients regarding schedule changes
- perform data entry including employee timesheets, receipts, and employee/client information
- participate in on-call rotation to assist clients and employees after hours as needed
- assist Operations Management team with additional tasks as directed
- maintain a professional appearance and phone etiquette as outlined in company handbook
