Success in this position relies on excellent communication skills, presentation abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Physical stamina is also important, as the job requires standing for extended periods, frequently squatting, bending, reaching, and lifting weights between 25 to 50 pounds. The role demands flexibility in scheduling, including availability for weekends and evenings based on event needs. Job Requirements
