Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years event sales experience in restaurant or venue
  • 1-2 years operations experience serving managing or working FOH in a restaurant or venue
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects at once
  • Strong leadership skills needed to guide and support sales teams
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders
  • Proficient in Tripleseat Toast POS Microsoft Suite
  • Minimal travel necessary for this role maximum travel is 10 percent
  • Highschool Diploma or GED
  • Must pass a post-offer background check

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an entertainment venue preferred
  • Tripleseat direct experience and understanding preferred
  • Management or mentorship experience preferred
  • Bachelors degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage Event Sales Specialists helping them with day to day questions troubleshooting Tripleseat and providing them support
  • Oversee document and continuously improve event sales processes policies and procedures to ensure best practices efficiency consistency and scalability across the organization
  • Manage and optimize sales tools CRM systems and related technologies to support the event sales team's productivity and data accuracy
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends forecast revenue and provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Collaborate with event sales teams to set targets track progress and ensure alignment with overall business objectives
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication and implementation between sales marketing operations and finance teams to streamline event execution
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of sales reports dashboards and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Train and support sales team members on systems processes and tools to maximize their effectiveness and adoption
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks or challenges that impact the event sales cycle or customer experience
  • Other projects or duties as assigned
