Legends Global is currently seeking an Event Sales Manager to join their dynamic team at the upcoming New Highmark Stadium in Buffalo, New York. Scheduled to open for the 2026 NFL season, the New Highmark Stadium is set to be the new home of the Buffalo Bills and represents the largest construction project in Western New York's history. This state-of-the-art stadium will feature cutting-edge technology designed to enhance the fan experience and offer patrons an unforgettable environment for entertainment and live events.

As an Event Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue for private events through a variety of sales channels, leveraging both your personal network and incoming leads. You will collaborate closely with the food and beverage team to ensure smooth transition from event sales to successful execution. This role is perfect for someone passionate about live stadium events and eager to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Not only will you be instrumental in securing new business, but you'll also strengthen relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and build long-term partnerships within the event planning and production communities. The position requires excellent communication skills, professional customer service, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

You will be responsible for exceeding monthly and yearly revenue goals, proactively seeking new business opportunities through sales calls, presentations, local trade shows, and networking. Additionally, you will be tasked with providing insightful feedback to the food and beverage team, facilitating event planning to meet operational expectations, and preparing detailed sales reports for management review. This role demands flexibility, as you will work extended hours including late nights, weekends, holidays, and during all major stadium events. Physical demands include the ability to stand or walk up to 10 hours per shift and the capability to lift and maneuver up to 25 pounds.

The Event Sales Manager position offers a competitive salary starting at $65,000 plus commission and bonus opportunities, with a generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and participation in a 401k plan. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a groundbreaking venue and a winning organization where every team member’s contribution is valued. If you thrive in high-energy, collaborative environments and are motivated to drive success in the live events and sports entertainment industry, we encourage you to apply and join Legends Global at the forefront of innovation in venue and event management.
