This cutting-edge stadium will feature state-of-the-art technology designed to enhance the fan experience, combining a rich legacy with modern innovation. The stadium will offer a vibrant, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment where passion for live events meets professionalism.

As an Event Sales Manager at New Highmark Stadium, you will play a pivotal role in driving private event revenue through sales generated from multiple outreach channels, including your own network and incoming leads. Your responsibilities will also involve staying ahead of market trends, analyzing special event profit opportunities, and participating in event planning to align operational expectations. The role requires strong organizational skills to juggle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and managing risks and liabilities effectively. You will prepare comprehensive reports and client feedback for continuous improvement.

The position demands physical stamina, including the ability to stand or walk for long hours and perform tasks requiring physical mobility such as reaching, bending, lifting, and pushing up to 25 pounds. Flexibility to work extended hours, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and all stadium events, is essential. Overall, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a landmark arena's opening and to contribute directly to its event sales success in a collaborative, high-energy workplace. The compensation includes a competitive salary of $65,000 plus commission and bonuses, alongside a generous benefits package featuring medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and a 401k plan.
