Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience
  • Minimum one year of technology sales or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer and technical applications
  • Ability to work flexible and irregular hours including weekends and holidays
  • Capacity to perform physical activities such as standing, walking, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally

Job Duties

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers, venue personnel, and internal departments
  • Maintain accurate and updated customer information in the CRM system
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets
  • Support sales forecasting efforts and ensure timely submission
  • Learn and adopt standard operating procedures and new initiatives
  • Stay informed on new product and service offerings and emerging event technology
