Job Description
Flite Golf & Entertainment, in partnership with Golden Entertainment, Inc., is a leading golf entertainment conglomerate that is pioneering a new frontier in interactive leisure experiences. Their latest venture, Atomic Golf, is a flagship golf entertainment complex located within The STRAT Hotel, Casino & SkyPod on the vibrant Las Vegas Strip. Spanning an impressive 100,000 square feet, Atomic Golf is designed to become the premier destination for golf enthusiasts, entertainment seekers, and event organizers alike. Scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2023, this venue will feature four expansive stories housing 103 unique hitting bays equipped with next-generation golf technology. Beyond its innovative gaming experience, Atomic Golf also boasts four stylish bars, versatile meeting spaces, and a 12,000 square-foot Astrocade, creating an immersive atmosphere for both casual visitors and special events.
As an Event Sales Manager for Atomic Golf, located in Las Vegas, NV, you will play a pivotal role in driving the venue’s group event sales and elevating its status as a top-tier golf entertainment and event destination. This full-time role carries a dynamic blend of sales leadership, client relationship management, and event coordination responsibilities. Your primary mission is to sell the unique experience that Atomic Golf provides, ensuring that every group event booked is flawlessly executed and leaves a lasting impression on guests, thus encouraging repeat business and referrals.
Success in this position requires a proactive approach to building and nurturing client relationships throughout every stage, from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Sales to meet and exceed personal sales quotas, contributing effectively to the overall venue sales goals. Your strategic use of sales systems, particularly TripleSeat, and an ability to track performance through established reports and dashboards, will be essential to monitor and optimize your sales activities.
Moreover, as an integral part of the sales team, you will foster a competitive and enthusiastic sales culture, actively participate in daily and weekly sales meetings, and work collaboratively across departments to ensure seamless event execution. This requires adept communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to relay detailed event needs to Operations and Culinary teams, guaranteeing that guest expectations are consistently met or surpassed.
Atomic Golf is proud to be an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and respectful work environment free from discrimination and harassment. They adhere to strict policies to prevent retaliation and promote equity for all team members, business partners, and the communities they serve. The position is contingent upon a successful pre-employment background check and drug test, as well as proof of COVID-19 vaccination. Additionally, Atomic Golf participates in E-Verify to confirm authorization to work in the United States.
