The Event Sales Manager role at LifeWorks Restaurant Group is an exciting opportunity within the hospitality and event management industry. Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in hospitality, catering or banquets preferred
- experience with major conventions, hotels, or large social markets
- ability to work independently in multiple facility settings
- strong presentation and communication skills
- knowledge of menu planning and banquet operations
- ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership abilities
- comfort with decision-making and negotiation
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software
- availability for event-based hours
- required food safety and alcohol service certifications
Job Qualifications

- 1-3 years in hospitality industry with experience in catering or banquets preferred
