The company supports its associates with competitive compensation packages, including base salary, commission opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits program that promotes health and well-being.
The role of Event Sales Manager at Topgolf’s Austin, Texas venue is central to driving the business forward through expert sales leadership and an unwavering focus on client satisfaction. This position is a full-time role with an annual base salary starting from $50,000, enhanced by a competitive uncapped commission structure, an annual merit increase plan, full benefits, a 401K plan with company match, and a lucrative paid time off package.
As an Event Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from initial client inquiry to the successful execution of events. Collaborating closely with operations and culinary teams, you will ensure seamless event delivery that meets or exceeds client expectations.
The role demands a high level of energy, adaptability, and commitment as it involves working evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak event periods. You will thrive in this position if you are results-driven, disciplined in outreach activities, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences. You will also need to demonstrate strong communication skills, accountability, and the ability to operate as part of a cohesive team that shares Topgolf’s core values of fun, excellence, courage, caring, and unity.
