The Event Sales Manager role at Chicken N Pickle is critical in delivering an exceptional experience for customers booking events at this vibrant venue. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented and observant, possessing a deep understanding of the business, its products, and services. This position involves building and nurturing a reliable sales team, defining operational procedures to streamline workflows, and continuously meeting or exceeding sales targets. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in event or hospitality management
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Strong negotiation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

- Contribute to overall sales team goals by meeting and exceeding personal quotas
- Utilize and create reports and dashboards to ensure personal and department KPI's are met or exceeded
- Perform revenue forecasts and win/loss analysis

- Create, manage and confirm event bookings within CRM system including documentation of all prospect and client communication
