The Venue Sales Manager role at Topgolf Jacksonville is a crucial position responsible for driving the venue's event sales and ensuring exceptional guest experiences from the initial inquiry phase through to event execution and post-event follow-up. This role is designed for a seasoned sales professional with over five years of experience, ideally within the entertainment or hospitality industry, who is eager to contribute to the venue’s success by generating and managing sales opportunities effectively. The Venue Sales Manager partners closely with the Director of Sales to create a vibrant and engaging work atmosphere that promotes team collaboration and motivates staff to excel. This role involves maintaining high standards of sales process consistency, accuracy, and quality to ensure that all assigned goals and objectives are met in a timely manner. Sales process improvement is a key focus, with the manager expected to identify and communicate potential enhancements to the Event Sales Director. Collaboration with the Operations Team is essential to ensure that every event is flawlessly executed, delivering a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients and their guests. This position offers a salaried non-exempt employment type with a 40-hour workweek, including a Saturday rotation, reflecting the commitment to meeting client needs at peak times. The compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. The Venue Sales Manager will also be an ambassador for the Topgolf brand, driving awareness and engagement within the Jacksonville community.

Job Duties

  • Deliver best-in-class guest experiences from the inquiry stage to post-event follow-up
