Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of relevant sales or account management experience
  • proficiency with Canva and Microsoft Office
  • ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • strong communication and negotiation skills

  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, business, marketing, or related field preferred
  • 3-5+ years of sales or account management experience in luxury hospitality, DMC, or high-end travel sector

  • strong presentation and communication abilities
  • ability to manage multiple high-touch accounts
  • proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office

Job Duties

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities
  • conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client presentations
  • prepare customized proposals, contracts, and pricing structures
  • meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue goals
  • serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts and hotel
  • build long-term client relationships
  • understand client preferences and recommend destination experiences
  • ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business
  • collaborate with operations team from concept through execution
