Job Requirements
- Experience in event sales, hospitality sales, or restaurant event coordination
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM systems and event management tools preferred
- Knowledge of Miami market and hospitality industry is a plus
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Generate and manage leads for private events, group dining, and special occasions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
- Conduct site tours and present event packages to prospective clients
- Coordinate all event details, including menus, layouts, and logistics
- Collaborate with kitchen and operations teams to ensure flawless execution
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, contracts, and client communications
- Assist with marketing initiatives and promotional events
- Ensure exceptional guest experience from inquiry to post-event follow-up
