In addition to excellent sales acumen, the role requires an in-depth understanding of the event industry and current trends, combined with proficiency in CRM software and event management tools. The manager will work closely with internal teams including operations and catering to ensure flawless event execution and high client satisfaction. - Proven experience of more than 5 years in event sales or a related field

- bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality management, or related field
- strong network within the event, hospitality, or corporate sectors
- experience developing and executing sales strategies
- familiarity with budgeting and contract review
Job Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to exceed event revenue targets
- identify new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with corporate, social, and private event clients
- lead, mentor, and guide a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals
- consult with clients to design tailored event solutions, manage negotiations, and ensure satisfaction throughout the process
- coordinate with operations, catering, and other internal teams to guarantee seamless event execution
- track sales performance and report insights and recommendations to management
- represent the brand at industry events and networking opportunities, supporting marketing initiatives and building visibility
