- Proven experience of more than 5 years in event sales or a related field
- strong leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating sales teams
- excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- in-depth understanding of the event industry including trends and service offerings
- strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple events at once
- proficiency with CRM software and event management tools

- background in hospitality, hotel management, or event planning
- bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality management, or related field
- strong network within the event, hospitality, or corporate sectors
- experience developing and executing sales strategies
- familiarity with budgeting and contract review
Job Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to exceed event revenue targets
- identify new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with corporate, social, and private event clients
- lead, mentor, and guide a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals
- consult with clients to design tailored event solutions, manage negotiations, and ensure satisfaction throughout the process
- coordinate with operations, catering, and other internal teams to guarantee seamless event execution
- track sales performance and report insights and recommendations to management
- represent the brand at industry events and networking opportunities, supporting marketing initiatives and building visibility
