Job Requirements
- Designated workspace that is quiet and free from distractions
- Reliable high-speed internet connection with minimum 30-50 Mbps download and 10-20 Mbps upload
- Ability to travel to the office for company-paid trips quarterly
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during busy seasons

Job Qualifications
- 3+ years in sales
- Sales management or multi-unit sales experience is a plus
- Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel
- Experience using a CRM
- Data-centric
- Leadership skills to inspire and motivate a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication

Job Duties
- Respond to all event inquiries and turn them into booked events
- Learn and communicate features and benefits of multiple venues effectively
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs
- Organize and manage multiple client pipelines and meetings efficiently
- Collaborate with senior sales managers and directors to support team goals
- Plan and coordinate event details from inception to execution
- Maintain client relationships for repeat business
