Job Requirements

  • Designated workspace that is quiet and free from distractions
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection with minimum 30-50 Mbps download and 10-20 Mbps upload
  • Ability to travel to the office for company-paid trips quarterly
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during busy seasons
  • Must be able to participate in virtual meetings and coaching
  • Commitment to exceed sales targets

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years in sales
  • Sales management or multi-unit sales experience is a plus
  • Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel
  • Experience using a CRM
  • Data-centric
  • Leadership skills to inspire and motivate a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication

Job Duties

  • Respond to all event inquiries and turn them into booked events
  • Learn and communicate features and benefits of multiple venues effectively
  • Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs
  • Organize and manage multiple client pipelines and meetings efficiently
  • Collaborate with senior sales managers and directors to support team goals
  • Plan and coordinate event details from inception to execution
  • Maintain client relationships for repeat business
