Renowned for offering an exciting blend of bowling, amusements, water parks, and family entertainment centers, Lucky Strike Entertainment is a premier destination for memorable social experiences. Beyond its extensive network of venues, the company proudly owns the Professional Bowlers Association, the major league of bowling, and a prominent media property attracting millions of fans worldwide. This dynamic company prioritizes innovation, customer satisfaction, and creating vibrant environments filled with engaging activities and events for diverse audiences. As a growing entertainment platform, Lucky Strike Entertainment combines the thrill of leisure with cutting-edge service to build lasting memories for patrons.

The role of a Hybrid Event Sales Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment offers an exceptional opportunity to join this thriving environment, where excitement meets professionalism. This position is essential in driving revenue growth by managing and booking events across multiple venues while fostering strong client relationships. The role also requires you to be flexible and available to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during peak event seasons, making adaptability a crucial trait. Staying connected on camera for virtual meetings and coaching sessions ensures you remain an integral part of the team culture despite working remotely. The position offers an hourly pay rate of $33.65 plus a 1% to 3% commission, along with performance-based incentives and a comprehensive rewards package including healthcare coverage. This is a perfect career for a seasoned sales expert who excels in client service, team leadership, and thrives in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment, ready to turn ordinary events into extraordinary celebrations that keep clients coming back year after year.
