Job Requirements
- Designated workspace that is quiet and free from distractions
- Reliable high-speed internet connection with minimum speeds of 30-50 Mbps download and 10-20 Mbps upload
- Ability to travel for company-paid trips to the office once per quarter
- Strong commitment to guest service
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in sales experience
- Sales management and multi-unit sales experience are a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel
- Experience using CRM software
- Data-centric approach
- Strong leadership skills including the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Feedback driven and open to continual improvement
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- High adaptability to changing environments
Job Duties
- Respond to all event inquiries and turn those inquiries into booked events
- Learn the features and benefits of multiple distinctive properties and event options and communicate them effectively to clients
- Meet and exceed individual sales KPIs
- Stay organized while managing a large client rolodex and multiple venues
- Juggle your sales pipeline, office tasks, and meetings with strong multitasking skills
- Collaborate with Senior Sales Managers and Directors of Sales to support team goals and KPIs
- Manage client relationships from event planning through execution and post-event retention efforts
- Be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Stay engaged during virtual meetings and coaching sessions
