Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
- Minimum five years of commissioned sales experience
- Proven ability to prospect, negotiate and close new business
- Strong prioritization, planning and organizational skills
- Ability to utilize CRM and funnel management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties
- Responsible for the development and execution of prospecting and marketing plans for membership sales
- Schedule sales calls and business development activities to grow the pipeline with qualified leads and execute sales strategies through timely follow up and activities that produce high closing rates
- Conduct tours of the club to qualified prospective members, coordinating with other departments to create customized experiences that increase sales
- Establish client base of organizations, associations, social and corporate businesses through direct outside and inside sales efforts
- Represent the club at trade shows and other public forums
- Manage prospect database and pipeline including detailed notes and organization utilizing CRM system
- Drive lead generation through cold-calling and outside business development
- Maintain communication with club and sales support team through weekly forecasting, business reviews and sales reporting as necessary
- Conduct quarterly competitive market analysis for development of pricing and positioning strategies for growing revenue
