Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, minimum 10 years experience in commissioned sales within hospitality or events industry, proven sales performance, college coursework in hospitality or marketing preferred, experience establishing marketing and prospecting programs, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software, strong mentorship ability, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- Execute sales plans to maximize event sales revenue, lead the event sales team to achieve sales targets, analyze market trends and competitor offerings, cultivate relationships with key clients and prospects, oversee the client consultation process, obtain client feedback and implement service improvements, provide guidance and mentorship to the sales team, ensure accurate tracking of event activities and expenses, collaborate with Executive Chef and General Manager on event offerings, utilize sales management tools and software
