The role of Event Sales Coordinator at Hyatt Regency Sacramento involves a dynamic mix of event servicing and support. The coordinator works closely with Event Sales Managers in areas such as contract negotiations and account servicing. Key responsibilities include overseeing banquet food and beverage arrangements, event setup, menu planning, agenda setting, hotel meeting services, hospitality amenities, and catering to special VIP requests. The role also requires thorough contract review and the facilitation of seamless communication among hotel staff before, during, and after events, ensuring a consistently high level of service excellence.

Additionally, the Event Sales Coordinator supports event planning by assisting with group resumes, reservation modifications, and processing World of Hyatt loyalty points. They may also be involved in hosting site inspections and leading or participating in various event and staff meetings, thus playing a crucial part in delivering smooth, memorable events for Hyatt’s diverse clientele.

Job Requirements
