The position involves representing our nonprofit partners at live events, retail locations, and community pop-up booths. You will engage with the public through meaningful conversations, share impactful stories about the causes we support, and motivate donations with empathy and confidence. Each interaction you initiate will directly assist children in underserved communities by providing them with essential school supplies they otherwise might not have. This role demands strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. You will receive ongoing training and development to improve your communication, sales, and leadership abilities, ensuring you have the resources needed to succeed. This is a full-time, in-person, event-based role involving frequent travel to busy retail or community locations, requiring you to be active and comfortable with face-to-face donor engagement. Compensation is commission-only with weekly payouts, and the average earnings range from $650 to $800 or more per week, reflecting an uncapped earning potential complemented by performance bonuses.
