- collaborate with other departments, such as food and beverage and audiovisual, to create comprehensive event packages and offerings
- create and manage event budgets, tracking expenses and revenue to ensure profitability
- communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized event solutions
- utilize creative thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and deliver exceptional events
- conduct site visits and attend planning meetings with clients to ensure their vision is met
