Located in Austin, Texas, the venue operations team plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless event delivery and customer satisfaction within one of Topgolf's flagship locations. The company is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join its team and contribute to managing and executing events from initial inquiry to completion. This position is categorized under venue operations and offers a dynamic work environment that values proactive communication, organization, and collaboration.

The Event Coordinator will serve as an essential liaison between clients and internal departments, assisting the event sales team by managing client inquiries and bookings in a professional and efficient manner. The role requires coordination of event logistics, including scheduling, room setup, and ensuring that client standards and preferences are met. This individual will also be responsible for maintaining detailed records of client interactions to streamline event processes and enhance client relationships.

Exceptional guest service is a cornerstone of the role, with the Event Coordinator expected to address client queries and concerns promptly and courteously. Working closely with various teams, the position demands teamwork to ensure successful event execution, elevating the overall guest experience at the venue.
