The Rigging Manager role within Encore is a vital leadership position focused on managing and safely executing rigging operations at Encore-approved venues. This position entails approving all rigging designs based on structural data and weight load limits, whether for internal productions or external client projects. The Rigging Manager supervises and schedules labor, coordinates equipment and personnel for load-ins and load-outs, and ensures strict adherence to rigging safety standards and company procedures.
