The Rigging Technician role at Encore is designed for skilled professionals responsible for executing rigging activities within a hospitality or convention center environment. Reporting directly to the Lead Rigger or Rigging Coordinator, the technician plays a critical role in setting up lift motors, truss connections, scenic elements, and related rigging hardware to support event production. The position requires hands-on coordination with multiple technical teams to ensure safe and effective rigging operations that meet the unique demands of each event.

As a Rigging Technician, individuals will be expected to manage all rigging tools and equipment, verify safety compliance for all hanging points, and facilitate collaboration with other technical trades to maintain a harmonious event set up.
