Employees are encouraged to embody these values to build trust, create genuine community connections, and embrace fresh perspectives.

The Event Representative role at Optimum offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of market engagement and community outreach. This dynamic position plays a crucial role in connecting the brand with local communities, building lasting relationships, and driving sales through active participation in various community events. The role requires strong interpersonal, communication, and sales skills to successfully identify prospective customers, develop partnerships with local organizations, and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs. The Event Representative is also responsible for planning and executing market-specific initiatives such as sponsorships, pop-up events, and community outreach campaigns. Success in this role depends on the ability to manage multiple concurrent activities, maintain accurate records, and report on key performance indicators like interactions, leads, and sales.

In addition to sales responsibilities, the Event Representative supports new employee training and serves as a resource for local teams, providing valuable insights into market trends and operational efficiencies. This position demands flexibility, with availability required during evenings and weekends to cover various events. Physical requirements include the ability to walk and stand for extended periods and move equipment and supplies needed for event setups.
