Job Requirements
- Ability to work in office locations in Elk River and Plymouth, Minnesota
- Valid driver’s license with ability to drive personal vehicle and company truck Silverado
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Previous event experience required
- Willingness to work nights and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively

- Previous event execution or leadership experience
- Strong interest in event planning and coordination
- Highly enthusiastic and outgoing personality
- Motivated self-starter with problem-solving skills
- Able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Strong attention to detail
- Alignment with JonnyPops mission to spread kindness
Job Duties
- Attend events throughout Minnesota and potentially outside the state handing out pops and embodying the JonnyPops brand
- Be the face of JonnyPops with expert knowledge of the company and product
- Set up and break down event spaces ensuring smooth event operations
- Engage with fans and share the joy and kindness of JonnyPops
- Follow hygienic practices and food safety protocols during events
- Collaborate with the team to overcome challenges and provide excellent event support
- Assume additional duties as necessary to support event success
