As a part-time seasonal Events Team Member, you will be instrumental in bringing the joyful and kindness-focused JonnyPops brand experience to life at various community and retail events primarily during the spring and summer months.

The Events Team Member role is pivotal in engaging directly with fans and customers by representing JonnyPops at festivals, community gatherings, retail activations, and other promotional events throughout Minnesota with potential travel beyond state lines. This position is seasonal, typically operating from May through August, offering flexible hours that include weekdays and weekends to align with scheduled event timings. In this role, individuals will collaborate closely with a dedicated team, assisting with logistics such as event setup and breakdown, managing product distribution, and ensuring that every event operates seamlessly — from the first pop served to the final smile shared.

In addition to event engagement, this role requires a strong adherence to food safety protocols, maintaining hygienic practices when handling food products, and upholding the JonnyPops brand reputation for quality and safety at every interaction. The ideal candidate will be a highly enthusiastic self-starter, motivated by challenges and committed to the mission of spreading kindness through their work. They will demonstrate adaptability, team spirit, and a keen attention to detail, especially in managing event logistics and instructions.

Candidates must have prior event execution or leadership experience and hold a valid driver’s license, as driving personal and company vehicles throughout the Twin Cities and between JonnyPops office locations in Plymouth and Elk River is required. Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds is essential to manage equipment and product transport during events. This role offers a pay rate of $20 per hour with the opportunity to earn bonuses or commissions, reflecting JonnyPops' appreciation for impactful contributions from its team members.
