Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in live event planning and execution within agency or corporate environments
- Bachelor’s degree in event management hospitality marketing or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in project management with a proven ability to multitask and resolve challenges independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management
- Preferred certifications CMP CSEP or CMM
- Flexibility to travel up to 30% and work occasional weekends as required
- Commitment to delivering high-quality events that meet organizational standards and objectives

Job Duties
- Serve as the project manager for assigned event programs ensuring timely delivery and effective stakeholder communication
- Coordinate logistics with venues hotels contractors and production teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Manage functional areas such as food and beverage transportation and temporary staffing
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws regulations and organizational policies
- Provide operational expertise in accessibility health and safety and environmental design for events
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align event objectives with business goals
- Proactively resolve challenges and adapt to shifting priorities during event planning and execution
- Maintain strong interpersonal relationships with stakeholders across the organization
