Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience leading on-site installation teams
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and variable weather
- Physical capability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Dependable and punctual
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills

- Proven leadership experience in on-site event installation
- Strong physical ability to lift, carry, and work in various weather conditions
- Experience with tents, flooring, and large-scale event setups
- Excellent mentorship and team-building skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
Job Duties
- Lead and inspire installation crews to deliver seamless setups
- Represent Curated Events on job sites, ensuring client satisfaction
- Load, transport, and set up high-end event rental equipment safely and efficiently
- Expertly install tents, flooring, and other luxury event structures
- Enforce safety, quality, and efficiency standards on all projects
