By promoting industry best practices and hybrid event strategies, the manager will contribute to the continuous improvement of the client’s event experience.

Beyond client and program management, the role requires strong leadership capabilities, including training, hiring, and developing production personnel across multiple locations. The manager must oversee staffing logistics, performance evaluations, and contingency planning to maintain uninterrupted service excellence. Proficiency with enterprise event and collaboration technologies such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and streaming platforms is essential.
