The role of Event Production Manager at THETEAM is pivotal to the success of large-scale live events that the company manages around the world. The Event Production Manager works under the guidance of senior leadership and closely with multiple cross-functional teams. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5 to 7 years leadership experience in event management
  • 5 to 7 years managerial experience with cross-functional oversight
  • preferred experience in print industry
  • 5 to 7 years technical project management experience
  • experience with Corebridge, Smartsheets, Prestige is a plus
  • advanced skills in Excel, MS programs and production software
  • excellent communication abilities
  • proven team leadership skills
  • proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project
  • adaptable to various project delivery frameworks
  • must be flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • willing to travel extensively

Job Qualifications

  • 5 to 7 years of technical project management experience
