Job Requirements
- Physical ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, stoop, and bend at the waist and knees for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Job Duties
- Transform venues by installing décor elements according to client specifications
- Set up tables, chairs, linens, backdrops, lighting, and other rental items
- Arrange décor elements with attention to detail and aesthetic appeal
- Execute floor plans and designs with precision
- Strike events efficiently while ensuring proper inventory care
- Pull inventory for upcoming events according to detailed order lists
- Prepare and stage rental items for efficient loading
