The company’s commitment to excellence in every facet of event planning and delivery positions it as a premier choice for clients seeking unparalleled production value. Known for thriving under pressure and maintaining high standards, Precon Events has established itself as an innovative force that continuously adapts to the evolving demands of live event experiences.

The Event Producer role at Precon Events is a critical mid-level leadership position that involves comprehensive ownership and delivery of events, spanning from the initial concept phase through to final execution and follow-up. This role uniquely blends creative vision, client management, and hands-on operational execution, requiring an independent leader who collaborates closely with internal departments and senior leadership. Responsibilities extend across diverse event formats, including in-person, hybrid, and virtual events, reflecting the versatility and adaptability demanded by the current market. The Event Producer works closely with the Director of Sales, Project Managers, Technical Directors, and the Creative team to bring client ideas to reality, ensuring flawless execution from onsite operations to post-event follow-up. This role offers the unique advantage of operating remotely within the Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) region but necessitates travel aligned with event requirements.

This position offers an exciting blend of entrepreneurial spirit within a fun and dynamic team environment that fosters creativity, accountability, and continuous professional growth. Event Producers at Precon Events enjoy the opportunity to take full ownership of large-scale productions and advance their careers toward senior leadership roles. The compensation package includes a competitive bonus and commission structure that rewards both sales efforts and the successful delivery of events, making it an attractive prospect for motivated individuals seeking to excel in live event production.
