The Event Producer role at Joel Catering is a vital position in the organization, responsible for the full lifecycle of event management, from the initial production handoff up to six months prior to the event through to on-site execution. This role requires a dynamic leader who excels in client communication, creative event design, operational coordination, and hands-on management during events. The Event Producer's responsibilities include guiding clients through layout planning, timeline development, and event design, while carefully managing budgets to enhance the guest experience. They are tasked with coordinating vendors, staffing, equipment, and internal teams such as kitchen, warehouse, delivery, and front-of-house operations. On the day of the event, the Event Producer leads the on-site execution team, overseeing setup, service flow, staff supervision, and breakdown.
