Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency with basic computer applications
- Availability to work 25-30 weekends per year
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years hospitality experience
- Catering or event planning experience a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Fine-tuned organizational skills
- Computer and technology savvy
- Experience using CRM software a plus
- Experience with AllSeated or Total Party Planner (TPP) a plus
Job Duties
- Walk clients through event day timing, ceremony details, rain plans, and rental choices
- Assist clients during venue walk-throughs
- Create pack lists for events and coordinate supplies
- Schedule rentals for unavailable items
- Write instruction manuals for event staff
- Print and distribute detailed event packets
- Manage on-site event logistics from setup through dinner service
