As the primary point of contact for customers, this position requires strong communication skills, operational expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Event Producer leads planning meetings, coordinates third-party labor and equipment rentals, partners with internal facility teams including security and catering, and manages technical rehearsals and media playback support to ensure seamless event execution.

Operational responsibilities include directing onsite production engineers, managing show flow as a producer show caller or stage manager, facilitating communication among technical teams, and dynamically responding to customer needs and event complications. Beyond the event day, the role involves overseeing post-event strike and wrap up activities, managing post-event reporting and expenditures, and providing meaningful metrics and insights to management teams. This role requires the ability to multitask with varied calendars and databases, optimize processes, and collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams while maintaining impeccable customer service standards.

Amazon seeks candidates for this role who have a minimum of three years of program or project management experience, with demonstrated ability to define and implement process improvements through data-driven methodologies. Candidates should be experienced in stakeholder management, comfortable working across multiple organizational levels, and adept at managing end-to-end project delivery and communication to senior leadership. A dynamic work environment with up to 35 percent travel is expected. The base salary range for this position in Seattle, WA, is $82,700 to $129,800 annually, complemented by sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and a comprehensive suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance options, employee assistance programs, and flexible spending accounts. Amazon is committed to diversity and equal opportunity and supports workplace accommodations to ensure all candidates have an inclusive hiring experience.
