The role of Event Producer at Hudl is a dynamic position within this vibrant team, based at their Lincoln headquarters. This full-time position requires the Event Producer to oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of multiple marketing events, spanning from initial concept and strategy development to onsite management and post-event analysis. The Event Producer will work closely with internal teams and external vendors, developing processes and workflows that enhance operational excellence across all events. A crucial part of the role is to champion the attendee experience, ensuring every event is engaging, seamless, and aligned with Hudl’s business goals. Candidates must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing complex projects. The role offers a hybrid working model, requiring the Event Producer to be in the office three days per week, prioritizing candidates within commuting distance to Lincoln, Nebraska. Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, event management, or related field
Minimum three years of experience managing marketing events
Exceptional organizational and documentation skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Residency within commuting distance of Lincoln, Nebraska
Availability to work three days per week onsite
Willingness to travel up to 30 percent as required

Job Qualifications

Three or more years of experience managing multiple long-term marketing events or projects simultaneously
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to work autonomously and solve problems creatively
Experience with virtual event streaming technology and platforms like Salesforce, Hubspot, Asana, and Google Drive is a plus
Willingness to travel up to 30 percent for events, site visits, and training

Job Duties

Lead end-to-end event planning and execution
Own the full event lifecycle from setting objectives and timelines to managing vendors, logistics, onsite coordination, and post-event reporting
Drive team performance and operational excellence by building scalable processes, templates, and workflows
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders
Champion the attendee experience by ideating and testing new activations and promotional strategies
Coordinate onsite event logistics and ensure smooth execution
Prepare detailed reports analyzing event outcomes and recommending improvements
