Job Description
About:
Our company is a leading enterprise specializing in high-quality event production, focusing on the seamless integration of virtual, hybrid, and onsite events. With a strong commitment to innovation and excellence, we harness cutting-edge technology and industry best practices to create engaging experiences that captivate audiences and meet stakeholders' specific objectives. Our reputation is built on delivering flawless event execution, timely communication, and comprehensive support throughout the event lifecycle. We are dedicated to enhancing internal communications and employee engagement through expertly managed productions that leverage platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Webex Events, Zoom Webinar, and vMix.
Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled Internal Events Producer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in producing high-quality virtual, hybrid, and onsite events from initial planning through to post-production delivery. The Internal Events Producer will be responsible for comprehensive event planning tasks, technical execution during live AV and webcast operations, and managing the production and distribution of post-event assets. This position demands a combination of technical prowess, excellent interpersonal and communication skills across various channels including email, chat, phone, and face-to-face engagements, and proficiency in managing major event production platforms.
The successful candidate will oversee the management of ServiceNow event tickets, coordinate schedules, assure content readiness, and conduct run-throughs to prepare events for live execution. They will be hands-on during live productions, setting up event spaces either onsite or remotely, conducting audio/video testing, operating key equipment like encoders, PTZ cameras, and switchers, and handling AV signal routing. Expertise in producing live events with Microsoft Teams, Webex, Zoom, and vMix is essential, coupled with moderating live Q&A sessions and troubleshooting to maintain smooth event flow. Additionally, the role includes video editing responsibilities employing Adobe Premiere Pro and Media Encoder, encoding and publishing event recordings, and providing detailed analytics and attendance reports to stakeholders.
This position requires 3-5+ years of professional experience in enterprise-wide or broadcast-level webcast and event production. Candidates must exhibit a strong customer service orientation, high reliability, punctuality, and adaptability to varying work schedules, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. A business-casual, professional appearance is expected at all times.
Technical expertise in Microsoft Teams production workflows, Microsoft 365 tools, and comprehensive AV technology – including microphones, mixers, cameras, PTZ control systems, encoders, Crestron touch panels, and networked AV devices – is crucial. The ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues under pressure during live events is mandatory.
This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity for IT and event production professionals passionate about creating impactful event experiences that drive engagement and organizational success. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
