Job Duties

Work with cross-functional groups to produce printed and digital materials for event delivery
Coordinate on-site and off-site event logistics including classroom setup, breakout rooms, transportation, and meals
Set up and break down meeting rooms, AV equipment, and technology
Communicate with event delivery teams and feedback coaches to ensure clarity and address issues
Analyze participant data for feedback assignments and groupings
Support delivery teams during event preparation and execution as principal day-to-day contact
Troubleshoot live classroom and online technical issues
Schedule and manage rehearsals for live online events
Operate virtual classrooms including launch and participant management
Monitor chat questions and manage virtual breakout rooms and interactive tools
Ensure process compliance through event closure activities including documentation, evaluation, and return of inventory
Participate in event debriefs and closeout open participant issues
