Job Description

Our company is a leading enterprise specializing in delivering high-impact virtual, hybrid, and onsite events designed to engage internal stakeholders and advance organizational goals. With a reputation for excellence in event production and technology integration, we employ cutting-edge audiovisual solutions and digital platforms to craft immersive experiences that resonate across diverse audiences.

We are currently seeking an experienced Internal Events Producer to join our dynamic events team. This role is integral to the planning, production, and smooth delivery of a wide variety of events, from intimate executive presentations to large-scale company-wide broadcasts. The successful candidate will bring extensive expertise in enterprise webcast production, live event operations, and the latest audio/video technologies, coupled with superb stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities.

The Internal Events Producer will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of events. From initial intake via ServiceNow tickets through meticulous pre-production planning, live execution, and thorough post-event reporting, this role demands a detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Expertise in Microsoft Teams production workflows, including Meetings, Webinars, Live Events, and Town Halls, is essential, alongside proficiency with platforms such as Zoom Webinar, Webex Events, and vMix.

The role involves frequent coordination with executive leaders and presenters to ensure readiness and seamless event delivery. This includes managing schedules, conducting technical rehearsals, facilitating dry runs, and producing content that maintains a polished and professional organizational image. Hands-on operation of cameras, PTZ systems, audio mixers, video switchers, encoders, and signal routing infrastructure is critical to providing high-quality live event experiences.

Additionally, the Internal Events Producer will contribute to the post-production process, employing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Media Encoder to edit event recordings, encode and publish content to platforms like Microsoft Stream, and manage digital archives with care and accuracy. Generating comprehensive attendance reports and engagement metrics will enable continuous improvement and provide valuable insights to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess superior troubleshooting skills, able to resolve live production technical challenges with composure and efficiency. Strong customer service orientation and stakeholder management are paramount to building collaborative relationships and delivering exceptional event experiences. The ability to multitask and manage several events simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality, is a must.

Joining our company as an Internal Events Producer offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of corporate communication and event engagement. Our inclusive and innovative workplace supports professional growth and values technical excellence, creativity, and teamwork. If you are passionate about event production and possess the technical savvy and interpersonal skills outlined, we invite you to apply and become a key part of our dedicated events team.
