The Event Producer is responsible for the full lifecycle of ticketed events, from conceptualization and budgeting to execution and analysis. Events produced under this role include signature happenings like Nightfall, an immersive Halloween event, curated High Tea gatherings, and dynamic Summer Stage performances. As a full-time, exempt position based onsite in Woodside, CA, the Event Producer works a flexible schedule that includes frequent evenings and weekends—the prime times when events activate the estate. The salary range is competitive at $102,000 to $115,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and more. The Event Producer will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, guest experience, and operations teams to ensure every event is flawlessly executed and financially sustainable. This position also includes supervisory responsibilities, overseeing a Public Event Specialist and leading seasonal event staff, fostering a culture of mutual respect and radical candor.
