Job Requirements
- Flexible schedule including frequent evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to be on feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience in event budgeting and financial management
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Degree in event management, hospitality, or related field preferred but not required
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience managing complex public events
- At least 2 years supervisory experience
- Proficient with project management tools such as Monday.com and RACI models
- Strong leadership and emotional intelligence skills
- Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Ability to quickly learn new database systems
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Job Duties
- Lead with vision by acting as product manager for major revenue-generating events
- Oversee event budgets and track ROI using data tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, guest experience, and operations
- Supervise a Public Event Specialist and lead seasonal event staff
- Champion diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion in all events
