Precon Events boasts a diverse team including Producers, Technical Directors, Project Managers, and Event Gurus, all driven by a passion for creating unparalleled experiences. Known for thriving under pressure, the firm places a strong emphasis on quality and client satisfaction, consistently exceeding expectations through its commitment to excellence in every facet of event planning and implementation.

The Event Producer role at Precon Events is a mid-level leadership position responsible for overseeing and delivering live events from initial concept through to post-event execution. This role requires a dynamic individual who can seamlessly bridge creative vision with client management and operational execution. The Event Producer will work independently on projects while actively collaborating with internal teams and senior leadership to bring client visions to life. Candidates will have the unique opportunity to play an integral role in producing standout events in the nation's capital and beyond, joining a team that values creativity, accountability, and continuous professional development.

Precon Events fosters an entrepreneurial work environment where the Event Producer not only manages full-scale productions but also has the potential to grow into senior leadership roles. The company offers a competitive compensation structure including bonuses and commissions that recognize both sales contributions and successful event outcomes. Working at Precon Events means engaging with a fun and supportive team culture that prioritizes innovation, collaboration, and learning. Moreover, the role demands excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and resilience in high-pressure environments. The Event Producer position offers a fulfilling career path for individuals passionate about live events, experiential marketing, and hospitality, ensuring every event delivered is impactful and flawlessly executed.
